Works undertaken may be insured with CGS, for a one off payment, giving twenty years peace of mind to not only you but, if the property is sold on, to the new owners, a CGS insurance gives a marketing advantage that is not available when utilising many non AAWU members.

Many AAWU Companies also specialise in the installation of waterproofing and tanking systems for basements with work undertaken to the highest level. This allows basements to be turned into practical affordable living accommodation with the added advantage that it also increases the value and desirability of your property.
AAWU members also undertake structural repairs utilising 'Thor Helical 'tie systems and 'Shire' piling and underpinning both of which are cost effective non obtrusive repair systems.
